FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies, and this is really because every house is different. There’s no way we can charge the same price for cleaning a studio apartment as opposed to a 5,000 square foot mansion. Pricing is dependent upon square footage, as well as the number of bathrooms & bedrooms a home has. Typically, a basic routine maintenance clean done once or twice a month can run from $100 -$200 based upon these factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just need honest answers to a few questions: how many beds/baths does your home have, approximate square footage, and overall level of cleanliness. This helps me come up with a fair quote. Then, upon preference, I establish a routine maintenance schedule that works the best for each individual customer. Bi-weekly or monthly cleanings are a great way to keep your home nice and tidy, all year long 🫧
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with someone you can talk to and trust. Having a person in your home can be stressful if it’s not someone you feel comfortable with. Ask questions, make sure your cleaner is insured, and that they are friendly & personable. You can find a cleaner at just about any price point, but you really need someone you feel comfortable with.
