Evan came in and explained what would be necessary to repair my bathroom sink faucet. He was able to finish the job to my satisfaction and I was very satisfied with his work. I will be calling him again with any additional plumbing needs.

Evan was fantastic. He responded immediately to my request, with a phone call and a text. We made an appointment (and when something opened up sooner, he called and offered me that earlier time slot). Evan arrived on time, was super polite, and put on shoe covers before coming into house. He showed me the issue and offered two solutions (short term, less expensive as well as long term, slightly more expensive). The repair was completed quickly, he made certain that i was satisfied with his work, and he cleaned everything up. I’ll definitely be calling him for any future plumbing repairs.

I had Evan come over to swap out a couple of older faucets with new ones. He crushed that, but it was pretty straightforward. While he was here, I asked about swapping our gas water heater for a tankless one and relocating it outside. I was on the fence and just looking for a quote, but Evan’s fair pricing and obvious confidence convinced us to go for it. Long story short, he busted his butt all day, and now we've got a tankless unit neatly tucked in our crawl space, freeing up tons of garage space. Evan’s an awesome communicator with a killer work ethic. He replies immediately, sets clear expectations on timing and the job, and then just gets after it. We've got more plumbing projects ahead, and Evan's definitely our guy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the project is complete. I always give a discount to all first responders and military.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a professional plumbing company in the Upstate for several years, who were always training their employees and provided on the job training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a plumbing, heating and air company as a dispatcher, I wanted to get out in the field and learn one of the trades. I did a ride along with one of the plumbers at the company and was immediately hooked to plumbing.
