FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Several things should be considered, 1 travel distance to the location. 2 the amount of work there is for me to do. (Example; I can not afford to drive 40 mins one way & 40 mins back for 1 hour of work) 3 the difficulty level of the job. 4 what type of tools required to get the job done, blades, bits wear out. 5 working on a ladder or over head. Every detail matters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take serious every customer every job. I make sure we are both on the same page and have same understanding of the task that needs to get completed. To do that I’ll ask as many questions as I feel necessary to understand what it’ll take to get the job done right the first time. I apologize I’m advance to whom may think I’m asking to much questions. I think it’s for the best of it so we don’t have any misunderstandings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my experience from the past 11 years of working with different type of people and different types of jobs. And sense I’m a fast learner and see someone do something I automatically learn what it is they did how and why.
