My biggest pet peeve is lack of communication but Terry replied back to me in a timely manner and continued the day of the project. He was punctual and very professional. I needed an old washer and dryer removed and he handled everything with care and ease.. my wall wasn't scraped nor was the carpet damaged (appliances were upstairs). I will definitely hire Terry and and tell my family and friends about him.

Overall, Terry came early and was finished early. He messaged me gave me a price. I didn’t have to do anything but give direction. Can you beat that. The job was a headache for me and I didn’t really want to deal with it at all. I would tell the next person to trust this guy. He’s good at what he does and if you are unsure as him he will quote you and get the job done. I did have my stuff organized and ready so it’s important to do the prep work!
