I can’t say enough good things about Craft & Canopy. From start to finish, they showed genuine care for my trees and my property. I originally called them to assess a tree that was showing signs of stress, and I was impressed by how knowledgeable and honest the arborist was. Rather than jumping straight to removal, they took the time to evaluate whether the tree could be saved. Unfortunately, it was too late, but their thoughtful explanation and clear recommendations gave me total confidence in the decision. The removal itself was handled beautifully — they used a crane so the job could be done safely without needing to take down my fence. The team was efficient, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Excellent service, communication, and value from start to finish. I’ll definitely call them again for any future tree care needs — it’s rare to find a company that values preservation and is not just looking for a bigger paycheck to take down a tree.
