FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is relative to the goal and the length of engagement. I'm offering discounts on in-person transformation programs leading into the fall/back to school season for parents that have spent the summer vacationing and indulging and are now ready to get back to business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on whether they are looking for remote or in-person coaching. If it's remote, we start with a phone call to discuss goals, exercise history, orthopedic concerns etc. We talk about time frames and ideal outcomes. If we are a good fit, we move forward. In-person training begins with a similar conversation but includes movement screening and strength testing. From there, we move into whatever program we have agreed on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
