- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to do our estimates in person, because every person's needs are different. We do not charge for estimates. We give discounts based on how frequent the cleanings are (weekly, biweekly, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do We typically start with an inital deep clean to start on a clean slate, and then work out a regular cleaning schedule afterwards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working in the industry for 10 years, but have been working on our own for 2 years.
