- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New customers have the option to receive free carpet cleaning up to 200 sf when they purchase a deep clean service this is our absolute clean package and will only be extended through Feb 14th 2025. It does not have to be on the day of the cleaning, if you would prefer to hold on to it and have it done on a future date we would be more than happy to come back. We also offer a veterans discount. Veterans are asked to show paperwork proving this before the discount is applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and straight forward. You will be given a checklist & details of the cleaning or pressure washing service that is completed, attached to the checklist will be a service agreement that you are asked to sign. You will have a copy and we will have a copy for our records. Payment is requested on the day of service and can be paid online. We do NOT accept checks as a form of payment, this is also stated on our website. We have a special discount for bi-weekly customers. Bi-weekly will get their 3rd cleaning at a discounted rate.
