We started this company as a family owned and operated welding and fabrication company. We wanted to be able to offer our customers the best for their projects. We take pride in taking care of our customer's needs for each and every project. Some of the services we offer are welding,custom fabrication, blacksmithing, forging, sand blasting, restoration, mobile welding, iron, aluminum, stainless and structure. In railing, we offer iron, wood, aluminum, cable and glass. We are able to custom make anything from car parts to home items and anything in between. 4:13, Inc. is your one stop shop! All work is guaranteed. We offer a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. We love to see our customer's faces after they see their vision has come to life. We love the work that we do. We enjoy doing each project no matter how trying they may be. We offer free quotes and we have programs so we can show you what your project will look like before we start building. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% military discount to those that have served. We also have a referral program that gives a $100 discount for the finished project of the person you are referring. All projects are priced per job, so we are able to give the customer the best price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know each customer and have them get to know us as well. We want them to feel comfortable letting us know what they want for each project. A lot of communication back and forth is key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the welding and fabrication industry for 20 years.
