The installers were very polite and worked hard in the heat and humidity. Did a great job cleaning up after themselves, too.

Installation crew arrived well within the scheduled time frame. I received a warm introduction from the entire crew. Given an indept overview of the install. Answered any an all questions to my understanding. Thoroughly policed the area after completing the install and informed of the pending follow-up inspection. Courteous and professional staff.

Last yearI had a leak in my roof where the panels were attached. Poly Energy came out to fix and up until this week it seemed as if all was good. This weak the leak happened again but this time worse. Matt Rich, Poly Energy came to check it out. He took pictures Before and after and showed them to me. He did mention that one of the polesConnecting the panels was missing a footing and that could be the cause as it seems to be laying on the roof and could be putting stress on the roof. He was polite and informative. Did a great job and fingers crossed it will stick this time.

JoeL And installation team were very professional and courteous. They finished the job in a timely manner and explained how the system works.They aslo answered any questions that I had to make me feel more comfortable about the process. Good afternoon. The gentleman who did our solar panels, were very polite . And when I asked them how the panels would work, they explained to me how they were going to be installed and how they would benefit us.I am very pleased with their service.
