- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing ranges between $75.00 and $125.00 per person. The final pricing is determined after a formal consultation call. The lower price range is typically a family-style of dining, and the higher end is plated. the number of courses, people, and extra details also affect the cost of services. gratuity is left at the discretion of the client after the services are rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn their expectations for their meal. find out about any food allergens, aversions, dietary restrictions. finally use their preference to come up with a menu designed for them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's in culinary management from the art institute of Charleston. I've worked in the f&b restaurant for going on ten years and I am currently a sous chef at a reputable restaurant in downtown Charleston
