Greetings! I have had a passion for food my entire life with inspiration from my Nana and Mom that led me to become a Chef. I am a proud graduate of Johnson and Wales Charlotte and along with that I bring 11 years of culinary experience. I specialize in Plant based cooking with international flavors. I will infuse my style of cooking into your preferences. I love to be creative with ingredients and deliver five star service from beginning to end.

I hired Chef Amanda to create a meal and signature drink to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. She exceeded our expectations. She was prompt, she came well prepared, food was delicious the drink was nice and strong. She set the table with fresh flowers, a personal menu, and candles just beautiful. Her food most definitely can stand up and rank at any high-end restaurant. I am already looking to book her again. If you are looking for great experience with delightful food, she is your CHEF! Chef Amanda was great!!! Cooked everything fresh to order. My guest and myself were satisfied by the food that she cooked. The presentation was awesome and matched the esthetic of my theme. I would definitely use Chef Amanda for future events.

It was for a birthday dinner for two, six course high end budget. It was superb. Chef Amanda creativity left us wanting more. We are in the process of booking her services for our corporate Christmas dinner. Chef, Javier and I enjoyed your company very much.

Chef Amanda was an absolute delight from first contact. She recommended a menu for my wife's 44th birthday dinner which didn't disappoint. 2 days before the event, I shared some concerns about one of the ingredients and the chef came up with a new menu option that turned out to be even better than the first recommendation. She has great personality and exceptional culinary skill and she made this special day even better. We will absolutely be using Chef Amanda again, and I will be recommending her to everyone in my network.
