- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In very brief detail, we have provided the "typical process" for working with a new customer. We want to provide the best experience possible, so listening will always be our number one priority! The typical process for working with a "new guest" would be the following: -Gather contact information -Schedule appointment based on request and availability -Intake; by obtaining Massage and Health History -Treatment; by addressing areas of concern discussed -Payment; remitted at the time of service -Reschedule or Follow-Up The typical process for working with a "organization and/or event" would be the following: -Identify needs -Confirm dates & times -Deposit and/or Payment -Event Set-Up -Follow-Up or Reserve the next event date
