Tamiko is a very perceptive person, and he didn't come at me with the off-the-shelf solutions that typically irk me. He took the time to listen--and that is no small feat given my loquaciousness. During that initial meeting he accurately assessed my personality and problems and laid out an initial plan that hit all the right notes with me. At the next meeting, he had developed specific solutions that were in line with what he told me and added a few new insights from reviewing our previous meeting. Plus, I have to say that his enthusiasm is infectious. I left each meeting uplifted and eager to get things moving. I really appreciate the help he has given me and absolutely recommend his services.

Working with Mr. Outten was without a doubt the most genuine and enlightening experience of my life. His warmth, faith, and encouragement are what fuel every session you have with him. Every coach has their own style and his is one that coaches you towards victory by helping you realize your own strengths and weaknesses, and allowing you to visualize the champion that you want to be in life. He challenged me to do the hard work internally, and make the decisions that I was afraid to make and move forward with those decisions confidently. If you bring him your goals he has a gift in helping you develop real world plans to execute in order to achieve those goals, but the rest is up to you.
