Mr. Dixon did a great job of cleaning up my yard. The yard was full of pine straw that needed to be removed. After they finished that they mowed and edged - when they finished the yard looked great. I highly recommend Dixon.

They did an excellent job cleaning my yard. Unfortunately, while their estimate was $45, they ended up asking for $100. I wasn't sure what it should cost, but I needed it done quickly, so I went with them.

I have no complaints as far as the lawn mowing goes, which is why I gave 3 stars. However, the primary job I hired Mr. Dixon for was to pull weeds in the garden beds around my house. I usually do my own yard work but was 8 months pregnant at the time and the constant bending/standing/bending was a lot for me. Mr. Dixon did pull some weeds but a lot were still very visible and when I raked back the pine straw even more were visible. He said he would come back the next day and when I asked what time so that I could discuss more specifically what I needed he never responded. A week later I asked if he was going to be able to come back and he said he had already been, but the same weeds I had pointed out in pictures were still there. I sent more pictures but did not hear back from him after that. I don’t think I was being too picky but I was very disappointed in paying money for a job that I ended up having to do myself anyway.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing landscaping from my grandfather and I love to see how a yard goes from looking ruff to beautiful
