FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge either per load or per hour. This depends on if the load is made up of large items or if there will require a lot of small item pickup and bagging. When a junk removal company leaves the work site, they have to drive to the landfill/recycling center/donation site. There are often delays at each site for weighing in and out and paying for the load. Every load has a fee that we take care of so the price we quote is not what we make. We do our best to work within each client’s budget. The reality is that you have a problem and we want to fix it, not add to the issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to engage customers with positivity while also being as direct and truthful as possible. This process should be simple and straightforward! We ask about the job and for pictures, if possible. We explain pricing and then, if need be, try to work within customer’s budgets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have management degrees from the University of South Carolina. We have been doing junk removal and moving in varying capacities since 2020! Our 5 star reviews speak for themselves.
