Had moisture issues in my crawlspace that were causing problems with my floor. CNT was quick to respond to my request for a free quote, they came to my house and spent quality time investigating the problem before providing me their analysis, also warning me about other potential issues with the structural beams. Seemed very competent and friendly throughout the process and with all my follow-up questions afterwards. No obnoxious sketchy policies where you have to commit right away for a discount, very fair pricing to begin with. When it comes time to make those major repairs I plan on giving them a call. A small locally owned firm worth reaching out to!

What a breath of fresh air! I had a great deal of concern regarding cracks around the concrete pillars of my home and the accumulation of water in my garage.Dan was so very helpful. Though there was nothing I needed from CNT, he took the time to listen to my concerns, investigate, and provide me with potential solutions; he truly went above and beyond!
