Rae was very communicative and drove 1 hour to see the job first so that we could discuss price and what was expected up front. Job was done to expectations and on time. She called me back first of the cleaning companies I requested on thumbtack and would use her again.

Rae is amazing! As one of the hardest working individuals I have ever had the pleasure of encountering, I simply can’t say enough wonderful things about her! It is so nice to not have to think about dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing the bathrooms because she does it all - and she does it so well! Without fail, each time she cleans our home, the house smells wonderful, the floors sparkle, and everything looks fabulous! Rae is filled with energy and does an excellent job!

I recently had hip surgery and was unable to clean my house for the holidays. I contacted Rae in short notice and scheduled an appointment. Rae was punctual and the quality of work was superior. She was very helpful. I tried warning her in advance how much work was needed. She arrived on time and ready to tackle a very difficult job. Seven hours later and my place was amazing. Yes it was that bad. She was nice and supportive during the entire day. I would not have a home if she had looked and ran away. I had to postpone because of plumbing problems and she worked with me to get it done in my timeframe. She arrived to find I had discovered another plumbing problem but she just worked around the problem. The statement you get what you pay for was my thoughts when I started looking at house cleaners. I knew I needed to pay for a professional and I did. Will really consider her for upcoming jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing will stay the same as the estimate stated , unless after arriving I see the pricing will need to be adjusted due to overly messy , things lying all over the floor such ass laundry , toys , etc! I kindly ask that things be picked up upon my arrival so I can efficiently clean ,😀
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet first and set up a day to do a walk through so I can get a better knowledge of what there needs are and exactly what type work really needs to be done ....
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked 2 years with my sister & 2 solo
