My typical process for working with a new customer is to do a little intake with them to gain an understanding of the specifics of what they need, so that we can be prepared to provide them with a high quality service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As ceo and operations manager, I have an associate's degree in human services, which is a kind of broad term, but I think the term fits my industry well. I am OSHA certified, hard floor care trained, and quality assurance certified.
