- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All charges and fees must be payed to Dj Zay Pola before he arrives and sets up! If a customer is unsatisfied with my work i will of course refund the charges; but in my years of work I’ve never been asked for a refund because my work is just that good!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would hold a consultation with the customer in which we would review the details of their event and my services. I would inform them of the equipment needed for their event and the associated prices of those items. I would also ask the necessary questions; for example (if it was a weddings ceremony) “what song would the bride like to be played as she walks down the isle?” At the end of our consultation the clients would know all about the services I’m providing and the total cost of their event, and i would also know all of the details of their event.
