- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes pre-spray, agitation and deodorizing which is much cheaper than the competition. And in some cases, the competition don't even bother to pre-spray and charge a higher price
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of all technicians are certified carpet cleaners.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started out cleaning carpets for a company that was bait and switch which they would quote customers one price come out and then try to change the price when the tech gets there. Since we would never upsell customers on carpet cleaning jobs they should have been quoted the higher price to begin with because of the stains in their carpet. Management wasn't too happy we quit and started our own company.
