Carlos from Cunningham Appliance called ahead to let me know his eta. Once here, he not only addressed the problem with my dishwasher, he also noticed that one of my sink drains was clogged and that one of the pipes under the sink was leaking. He repaired both quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with his knowledge, skill, and thoroughness and told him that he'd be my go-to in the future.

Can’t say enough great things about Cunningham Appliance! They were able to diagnose our problem over the phone before even coming out. It took them less than two days to come service our refrigerator from the time we contacted them! They (Carlos) also walked us through what they were doing and showed us the issue prior to fixing it. It was overall a very informative, educational, and great first experience with this company. They (Carlos) even answered questions unrelated to our refrigerator about something else we were looking to get fixed. Highly, highly recommend them to any and everyone because you don’t find many companies like them nowadays.

I didn’t know who to call to repair a major appliance. Google directed me to Thumbtack with several top local choices. I chose a couple companies based in my location, typed in the issue with my Whirlpool washer, and the emergency I had with running water, and codes received when machine would lock. Less than 1 minute, no joke, my phone was ringing. Cunningham Appliance called, saying they received the message through Thumbtack. They helped me over the phone, even used Facetime so I could show them the running water issue. They talked me through how to stop the water, then scheduled a technician for later in the day. I went to work and they called me when they were 30 minutes away. ‘Carlos,’ the technician, was very polite, repeated what his service desk told him about my issue, then checked out the machine to see if the issue happened again. It did and he immediately knew what was wrong and the part that needed to be replaced. That was 15+ yrs. of experience talking. The part was ordered and Carlos was back to install the new part. It works perfectly and has a 1 yr. warranty. Cunningham Appliance’s professionalism from service desk to technician could not have been any better! Both Thumbtack and Cunningham Appliance receive 5 stars!!

We charge $100 service charge but that’s put towards the bill and will be waived on jobs over $200 . We offer 15 % discount to seniors and the military / whether active or retired .
