- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $100 service charge but that’s put towards the bill and will be waived on jobs over $200 . We offer 15 % discount to seniors and the military / whether active or retired .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves / asked them the brand of appliance / their issue / ask what time are they available / tell them about the various discounts we offer / tell them about our repair warranty
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve graduated from various trade schools for Appliance repair / Hvac/ Refrigeration/ Plumbing / Electrical . I’m EPA Certified . I’ve attended factory training school for Frigidaire / Whirlpool/ Samsung / LG / Ge/ Subzero / Thermador / Bosch / ZLine / Maytag .
