FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to always keep our prices fair and affordable to everyone, no matter their financial situation. Being new to the industry and being a smaller business, I don’t have a lot of overhead and this in turn allows me to pass savings on to you!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off as a facility maintenance manager for 2 apartment complexes years ago, during that time I sort of became a jack of all trades considering all the different work they had me doing! From there I ended up working with my father in law doing framing and trim carpentry for 3 years before he retired. At this point I had no idea really what I wanted, that's when a master electrician who went to my church took me on as an apprentice for 2 years until deciding it was time to break off and go my own way at the beginning of 2022.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Ridgeline construction group for years as well as all types of residential and commercial customers, from people on social security/fixed income needing home repairs to people where budget isn’t a factor. Regardless of the size of project, I treat all customers the same. Respectful and honorably while treating their home as if it was my own. These days it would seem the bar for contractors is lower than it’s ever been, with contractors not following up, not showing up, and walking away with jobs incomplete. I aim to raise that bar and give people an experience that makes you not get a migraine when you think of finding a contractor.
