Jonathan arrived on time and before he began his work tuning our two pianos he explained what he would do to each and that he would speak with me if he found any issues before fixing them. Very knowledgeable about what work he does and was a joy to have in our home. Will be giving Jonathan a call back when we need to have the pianos tuned.
