- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pro Upscale Scale pricing is based on the satisfaction guarantee. I tell customers not to always go for the lowest price but one that offers value. When opting to go for lowest you just might get what you pay for. Lowest sometimes mean not a very good job. Our pricing will match our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost letting a new customer know that they have someone that's highly trained at our profession and that they can trust all employees of Pro Upscale Cleaning an Painting. We walk our customers threw every process of why we do what we do and allow them to give us feedback on all their expectations. We take pride in getting not only the job done but establishing new relationships letting customers know we are a company they can count on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC CERTIFIED . Through proper training, amateur mistakes can be overcome. Someone who has taken courses will know what kinds of chemicals, solvents, and soaps can be safely used on which materials without fear of bleaching them or damaging the textile. There are specific techniques and procedures utilized for the removal of different types of stains. We been painting and pressure washing for years learning new techniques and improving quality. Constantly staying in tune with the industry far as all new types of paint and solvents to better advise our customers on what's best for their specific situation.
