- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very straight forward, no surprises! We are an installation and service company. With that the price varies depending on what we are installing or servicing, as well if we are providing equipment and materials. On our installs and quotes we always include Materials and Labor across the board. Our pricing/quotes are simple and per device/ item so you only pay for what we do, not the hours it takes us. Never had a complaint with the value vs our quality and dedication to service we deliver!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are super easy to get along with! Normally with many projects a client will simply give us the details and we will give them an accurate quote ahead. When we arrive, our 1st step is to complete a full walk through with you and any possible changes will always be discussed upfront. In some cases a project or client may require us to come out and we are happy to do! In this case, we charge an 85.00 Consult Fee that will be applied to your bill if hired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CAT1 Certified (Certified Alarm Technician, Certified with Alarm.com, Qolsys IQ2 & 4, 2GIG GC1 & GC2. We are a Registered Member of the Electronic Security Association (ESA). I have been in the Home Service and Low Voltage Industry for over 13 years now and was a Field & Operations Manager in the Home Security Industry for 6 Years before starting Harris Home Services.
