After returning from a weekend away to a dishwasher overflow that destroyed our floors and kitchen island, and the subsequent pain of insurance delays, it was a relief to work with Minute Men to get the place turned around. Tim is a great communicator and always responsive (usually within minutes). The day we received our pay out from insurance, they were ready to jump into action and have our new floors installed. The crews that came by to rebuild our cabinetry, paint our trim, remove and reset our granite, and do our plumbing were hardworking, courteous, tidy, and quick. While I wish we never had water damage in the first place, their work is a definite upgrade from what we had before. Our first floor looks and feels brand new.

LowCo Resto did an amazing job drying out our bathroom, bedroom, and closet after a toilet overflowed! Tim was always so responsive and willing to answer any questions we may have!! If we ever run into an issue like this again we know exactly who to call!

I called Minutemen Property Damage Services when my bathroom ceiling started leaking at my house in West Ashley. I didnt know what was causing the leak and they showed up and quickly diagnosed it as an HVAC issue. They immediately called an HVAC company who also showed up quickly to stop the leak while they were extracting the water from the bathroom. This company was great they handled the entire insurance process for me and got everything back in order as quickly as possible. 10/10!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing and give discounts for return customers. We specialize in restoration and mold remediation, but we are a contractor that does all kinds of work related or unrelated, so feel free to ask! We also love kitchen and bathroom remodels!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make sure we are proactive with our customers. If the customer chooses to leave the home during work (which is typical with mold work), we send picture updates every day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Minutemen is an IICRC Certified Firm in 2025 which means all of our technicians hold the required certifications in WRT/ASD for water damage restoration.
