- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Bachelor of Arts degrees one in Spanish and the other is communications. My minor was in Latin and Caribbean studies. Currently I work as a bilingual customer service representative full time. I have also translated in a medical clinic.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I often translated for family and continued doing so throughout and after schooling.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with those who predominantly speak Spanish and those who are primarily English speakers
