I was in a crunch and needed my roof replaced a.s.a.p, and Charleston Roof and Windows delivered, Eric not only came and gave me a quote IN PERSON. I say this because alot of companies I contacted wanted to use a drone without even coming to look at roof in person, which I think when dealing with a roof you need to be there in person to see extra layers of shingles that needs to be removed which I had, and also to inspect for water damage... Etc, because I can get a quote for one thing, and when other companies show up to start work they could jack up price because they originally didn't do their due diligence, but Eric went through all the P's and Q's in person and I appreciated that. we went through different options/shingles, and the price was very good/fair, communication was very good also, The day of, not only did they finish my roof in one day but they were cleaning up by noon, and I was really impressed, they started really early which I liked, and it was good for them, especially with the heat that day. There was not one sign of debris left, I would highly recommend this company, For all of your roofing needs.
