- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing can be found on our website, we make money only if you make money and we want to speak to you so we can let you know how we can better your investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our clients as much as we can because most of the time the property is their livelihood or the family home, so we like to take the time to evaluate how we can better their investment and/or ensure that childhood home is in good hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of experience in the market and more than 65 offices around the country, on the Charleston office we have a Civil Engineer, marketing bachelor, bachelors in business administration whose also a property manager, real estate agent and a broker.
