Hi, I’m Maria! I’m a weightlifting enthusiast, yoga lover, and movement junkie who’s passionate about making the gym a fun, supportive, and comfortable space for my clients.
My mission is to help you stay on track by providing the knowledge, tools, and encouragement you need to unlock your full potential—both in and out of the gym. For me, finding Maria has been truly life-altering. About 14 years ago, I broke 3 vertebrae in my lower back, & damaged my PNS. Since this incident I have been quite intimidated by all exercise, always questioning if I am exercising correctly & worrying about causing further injury. I also have balance issues caused by the nerve damage.
Maria helps me feel comfortable & confident in the gym, & with movement in general. My balance & gait have improved significantly, & I’m beginning to trust my body again. Maria has also taught me so much about nutrition & being mindful about what I put into my body.

I thought I knew how to workout until I met Maria. Her enthusiasm and passion for fitness translates into the results of all her clients, including myself. After over two years of having Maria as my personal trainer, I can't imagine working out any other way! Now that I don't live near her physical workplace anymore, I enjoy using her online programming.
