I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and I hold bachelors degrees in both education and psychology.

For me, finding Maria has been truly life-altering. About 14 years ago, I broke 3 vertebrae in my lower back, & damaged my PNS. Since this incident I have been quite intimidated by all exercise, always questioning if I am exercising correctly & worrying about causing further injury. I also have balance issues caused by the nerve damage.
Maria helps me feel comfortable & confident in the gym, & with movement in general. My balance & gait have improved significantly, & I’m beginning to trust my body again. Maria has also taught me so much about nutrition & being mindful about what I put into my body.
In the 4 months that I have been training with her I have lost weight, gained muscle, & have noticed visible & measurable changes in my body composition.
Maria pushes me to excel & is a huge help in keeping me accountable.
Bonus, she is quite entertaining, occasionally breaking into song & dance.

I thought I knew how to workout until I met Maria. Her enthusiasm and passion for fitness translates into the results of all her clients, including myself. After over two years of having Maria as my personal trainer, I can't imagine working out any other way! Now that I don't live near her physical workplace anymore, I enjoy using her online programming.
