- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t discuss pricing until after the free consultation. I don’t ask for value until I have demonstrated value in return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hop on the phone for a free 15min consultation in which I get a clear understanding of where you're at, hurdles you've been facing, injuries/limitations etc. Taking all this into consideration, I'll breakdown exactly how we'll go about achieving your goals through exercise, diet, and steps (10k per day!). We'll then schedule a free one-hour consultation where I'll assess your strengths/weaknesses, talk through bad habits and how to break them, and finally walk you through a typical personal training session so you get a clear sense of what you can expect if you sign up with me. People love BOXING at the end for a fun and challenging cardio blast!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE pro certified personal trainer with 18 years of experience in Bodybuilding, Olympic Lifting, CrossFit, Kickboxing, Yoga, HIT and more. What sets me apart is my boxing experience. I love to see clients face light-up when they throw their first power punch or long-form combination. The confidence they build from knowing how to defend themselves is like nothing else the fitness industry can provide.
