FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based off of length of comment and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(Strength Endurance Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Circuits, and lots of Core and Glute activation) Our first sessions is a fitness assessment, pretty much me getting to know you and your capabilities, so we can start you off on the right track and avoid injury. The next few sessions are about setting you up for success, not over doing it so that you're miserable for days. After that we mix it up and I’m there to guide, coach, motivate, encourage you to push yourself. Each session will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour (including, but not limited to, cardio, resistance training, core, stretching)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While spending time as a training at Planet Fitness, managing a Snap Fitness , and currently operating as Lead Training Manager at Anytime Fitness in Brooklyn Park, I’ve had the honor and the pleasure of working with many different individual. From paraplegics, seniors, weight loss to cancer survivors, muscle gain, and more. (just checkout my reviews.)
