- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical workout at Decentralized Strength is divided into three phases, which target a full body warm-up, power and core circuit, two workout blocks, followed by a conditioning routine. At the beginning of your program, you will meet with your trainer so that he can learn about your health history, fitness goals, diet, conduct a body scan, and other elements that have an impact on your fitness. Based on those criteria, your customized exercise classes will focus on safety, injury prevention, and optimal fitness depending on your unique body’s needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Adam was raised in Massachusetts. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Education with a focus on Exercise Science from Norwich University in Vermont in 2016. Adam has over a decade of coaching experience, from youth sports performance to senior functional fitness. After taking his talents to Charleston, Adam served as the South Carolina Stingrays hockey team’s Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2022-2023 season. When not coaching you will most likely catch him building his YouTube Channel or at the beach trying to stay warm and active.
