Based on my 7 years of experience, I have set my hourly rate at $35 to provide my customers with an affordable price while delivering exceptional service. For any additional hours beyond those included in the packages, I offer a discounted rate. I also offer customizable bookkeeping services tailored to meet your specific needs. My packages are designed to give you the freedom to focus on other essential aspects of your business, such as marketing, product development, and infrastructure improvements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new customer begins with a comprehensive consultation to understand the customer, their business, and their goals and objectives. Following this, I create a detailed proposal outlining the services I can provide to enhance their business. Once the client has accepted the proposal, we discuss communication preferences and touchpoints to ensure effective collaboration. This approach has consistently ensured customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting and have accumulated 10 years of hands-on experience in administrative roles. Before starting my service company, I excelled as a supervisor at a telecommunications company, managing various administrative duties for virtual clients. These experiences have honed my strengths in communication, organization, and problem-solving. I also pursue ongoing education, including bookkeeping courses, to stay current in the administrative and financial fields, ensuring the highest level of service for my clients.
