- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that we have affordable and competitive rates that we do area comparisons on regularly. We want to ensure that we are giving the best value across the board. Doing this by giving the great service for even greater rates. We do offer military and senior citizen discounts but they can't be combined unfortunately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we want to establish is we want to remove the stress of moving from the equation. Then we would discuss the details of the move to get the best fit. To be able to assure that we give the best rate and most efficient crew.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had team lead position in all my prior jobs in the past. I also worked with moving companies part time for years prior to starting Elite Movers. I was fortunate to meet and be mentored by another moving company owner, that help me start and build my business!
