FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fill out a quote request or call us and we can return an estimated quote to you in less than 24 hours. We can give you a preliminary quote, but we would need to walk the house with you in order to finalize our quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we receive your quote request and send you your quote within 24 hours, we follow up to see if the pricing aligns with your project and you'd like to move forward. Next, we set up a time to meet at the house that needs staging to walk through and discuss what rooms need staging. This is where we want to understand who your buyer is, so we can best plan the design to attract that buyer. An updated staging proposal will be sent to you. Once approved, signed and the 20% deposit has been paid, we will book your stage. You’ll receive a reminder the day before your stage. We will work our magic in the timeline agreed upon in the contract (4 hour turnaround - 1 day - project dependent) Congrats on closing! We will de-stage (pick up all our stuff so it looks like we were never there!) 7 days prior to your closing date! (*Rental period is 45 days, if you need to renew, the monthly cost is 50% of initial stage)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years in multi-family, hospitality and residential design. We have staged apartment communities, apartment model homes and hotels all across the major cities of the United States.
