- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First-time cleanings are always a little more expensive since they take more time for us to get your home looking show ready. Discounts are applied for following regular cleanings as we maintain that perfect cleanliness. Our Cycle of Clean process begins with 1 or 2 deep cleanings of the whole home. From there, we continue with a detailed schedule that divides your home into four spaces and rotates a deep cleaning at each visit. This process ensures your home gets the level of clean it needs on a regular basis. Ask about any current promotions going on! Kindly note that cancellations on the day of service will have a $50 fee applied. Cancellations upon arrival will result in an additional $25 travel fee. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we set up a schedule of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings designed around the day and time you prefer. One-time cleans work much the same way. First, we ask what kind of cleaning you're looking for. Then we ask for the square feet of the home and determine any add-ons needed. We can usually provide an estimate right away without needing to inconvenience you with additional appointments for quotes.

I have nearly 20 years of handyman and service knowledge, and Cris has 10 years of business and cleaning expertise. Together, we provide an unmatched service the tri-county area doesn't have.
