- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We value both our and our clients time. We prefer to quote per jon and not price per hour, but if we tell you it’s going to cost $X amount then that’s what you’ll pay.We may not be the cheapest but we guarantee our quality of work won’t be either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to have a relationship with our clients and be a resource for them whether it be one small job or many jobs throughout the future of their homes. We just want to help!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business degree from University of Kentucky and continued education for the past 8 years.
