I was not impressed at all with the professionalism or craftsmanship although I accept that I tend to have high standards. While working in my home he made several complaints about the drive (although he had the location prior to agreeing to do the job and advertises his services at my location), seemed frustrated during most of the project, and did not come prepared. I had two doors that needed to be installed and advised him that he was going to need help for the very large front door when we first discussed the project. After never putting me on the schedule, I had to reach out to see when/if he could come complete the job. He showed up that day but was unorganized and alone, which led to him not being able to complete the full project. He then voiced that it was a "wasted day" and made various comments that left me feeling like I was the inconvenience as a paying customer! He did not communicate clearly about how the project was going to go - I was left with a list of things I needed to do to finish what I would have considered full door installation (spray foam for cracks, adding the hardware, trim, etc.) but suppose I should have also asked more questions. I decided I did not feel comfortable having him return to finish the other portion of the project. As a person in leadership and with experience owning a business I would not consider him professional, communicative, or customer service focused and cannot recommend him to others.
