- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always have a promotions. We have instant rebates on our equipment. We have same as cash financing options. Our Friends & Family Club Members receive 20% discounts on repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very simple. A member of our office team will collect basic contact information and create a customer profile and schedule a technician to come out and diagnose the problem. Once we know what the problem is, we will either fix it on the spot or create an estimate for the customer to approve the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You can go to a trade school for HVAC or an apprentice with a master in the trade. We bring in technical experts to work with our technicians and also send them to continuing education seminars. We also have software that we have invested in to be continually sharpening their technical knowledge.
