I contacted several people on Thumbtack for an appliance repair and Ed was the first person to not only respond within minutes but give me times he was available. He even ended up having an earlier time than expected! He “won” the Thumbtack lottery and I won an amazing repairman! He was very professional, prompt, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it even quicker. As a bonus, he was great with my two dogs! Reliable, efficient, and an expert. Will definitely hire again!

I don’t prefer signing up for repairs using apps but this one worked was easy to use. Del showed right on time and when right to work. I told him my thoughts and he went right in and found and replaced the defective part in my refrigerator. Price was fair. I will definitely keep his number and use it for any other repairs I need and refer him to my friends.
