- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a service call and our quotes and evaluations are free. We offer 10% off for military and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find that it is best to let the home owner explain the issue they are having. After I finish listening to what they inform me of I then typically ask a few questions myself. This is a great process of many to diagnose a homeowners plumbing issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years plumbing experience ranging from new construction to service work in both residential and commercial settings
