- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I dont have a standard pricing system I judge the job by the condition and the size. I work with my customers to meet their needs and my needs also. Im all about helping but at the same time Im working for a living.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I greet my customers as I greet a family member. I ask them questions about what they want done. I let them know what type of products I use and ask them if its ok to use. I give my customer a accurate estimate onsite. I work with customers to meet their needs and for everybody to be happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned how to pressure wash about 7 years ago. I bought me a pressure washer and was suppose to go in business 7 yrs ago. I practice pressure washing on my mother resident. I got better everytime I used it. Im always trying to find a way to do better each time I pressure wash. It didnt go as I had planned it 7 years ago. Now my mind is made up, my business is up and running, and with the help of God A Lustrous Finish Mobile Wash is growing each day.
