- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Roof Boost, fair pricing is important. Roof Boost provides the best quality of American labor and materials with a full roofing system at a fair price. I will not sacrifice the quality of labor or materials to bring our prices down, but I am willing to sacrifice profit for a family, business, or individual in need. It is important to care for our neighbors and we are your neighbors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to fully understand what the goal is for our potential customers so I'm able to provide the best services they need. Sometimes a roof just needs a repair, or sometimes the roof isn't the problem at all. Our goal in all things is excellence and integrity, and thorough communication is a crucial part of that. Here is a simplified breakdown of our standard process. 1) Understand your goal. 2) Identify the solution. 3) Draft an estimate and thoroughly communicate the process. 4) Schedule work to be completed. 5) Complete work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed and insured in Roofing and Carpentry and have invested years of my life toward mastering the trades. I regularly study manufacturer specifications, Changes in building code requirements for installation and the legalities of business and tax structure in both our beautiful state of South Carolina and federally for our United States of America. As the always on site leader of my employees: I Train them thoroughly in each step of their specific tasks with safety and quality of work being the primary objective. I also work along side my men on every job, leading the way and upholding the standard of excellence in craftsmanship and customer service at Roof Boost.
