Fedx delivered my couch and left it under my stairwell. I am on the third floor and had no help. Ruslan came within about 10 min on the same day to help bring them up. If I need any services that I can’t do alone I will be using him. He is responsive and means business. I was getting anxious because the packages were outside for a lil while. I’m happy and now can relax.
