I put a request in on Thursday 1-23-25 about 11:30AM, Sam Timoshkin from TIMCO responded immediately, he was at my home by 12:30PM, diagnosed the problem immediately, he had to pick up a couple of parts and the problem was solved by 2:30PM. Excellent Work, Super Friendly, I would highly recommend Sam and his brother Alex, I would definitely use them again!!!
