- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer simple flat-rate pricing for home cleaning services based on the size of your home given the number of bedrooms. Our home cleaning services come with a satisfaction guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new client has booked online or over the phone, I give a check-in call to confirm the details of the clean, find out if the customer has any preferences or wants certain spaces of the home to receive extra attention. Once the details are confirmed, the customer will receive an email outlining the cleaning as well as who their assigned home cleaner is. The customer is also invited to create an online account with us which allows for simple booking future cleans. All customers receive a reminder text of their cleaner the night before and we give a follow-up call after the cleaning is complete to check for satisfaction of service. For new customers or those who haven't used another professional cleaning service within the past 30 days, we recommend a Deep Cleaning for the first clean. Deep cleanings include baseboards, doors, window railings, outside of cabinets and appliances, vents, ceiling fans, dusting, and those pesky hard water stains on your shower door. It is a full detailed cleaning to get your home to the level of clean you deserve. It allows for our cleaners to maintain a high standard of clean for your home through ongoing service- whether, weekly, biweekly or monthly.
