- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices follow a balance pattern seeking to be fair to the customer. And we can also negotiate values amicably, when, for example, we detect that cleaning will be faster or lighter than expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I carry out an objective interview with the client, gathering all their needs and expectations for this cleaning. During the interview I ask questions and always take the answers the client gives me very seriously, so I can serve them in an exclusive way.

Graduated in Business management.
