- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is right in-line with other local Pros.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take a phone call and answer all questions. Come out to look at job. Walk the customer through the process. Provide bids and options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When we are finished with the job, we walk the customer through how to use and operate their equipment and devices. We provide an equipment tutorial at the end of installation. As well as answer questions.
